Thanks for having Biz360 on the panel... I think there was universal agreement that online WOM measurement provides opportunities for understanding the nature of influence and message proliferation far beyond what's been available with offline WOM measurement to date. There was a lot of good info on offline WOM though and I'm sure we'll start to see more convergence of these two approaches.
