Peter, I wanted to help start off the "By Industry" case study list by contributing my own compilation of social media case studies from the airline industry. I've written up case studies on my blog about social media efforts of a number of airlines, including JetBlue, Virgin America, Virgin Atlantic, Delta, Singapore Airlines, Cathay Pacific, British Airways, Air-France/KLM, Malaysia Airlines and more. The link to include will be this one: http://simpliflying.com/tag/technology-branding/

Hi Peter. I've been looking at the travel industry in the UK and its use of social media. I'm just about to update the list, as in the last month there has been huge growth...

Peter, this was a very helpful post! Thank you for sharing this. In working with 300 or so national brands each year, when we speak with the brand managers and marketing directors they see opportunity in this area and agree that they truly have no clue what to do. They are looking for guidance and these case studies are a great starting point. Thanks again.

Not sure exactly what you are after but there's a rudimentary list of 'healthcare orgs using Twitter' over here:

A number of other people are working to revise and complete the list.

No real analysis of how the different organizations are using the tool but a quick scan of the feeds suggests that most are treating it as a push syndication channel.

Thanks - fixed.

Lucindigo - you should definitely put one together.

New Zealand didn't make it! Maybe I should do one. But because of that I will point out that you spelt "Sliced" wrong in your headline :-P

Hi Peter, Just cut my list by finance+casestudies or whatever to go vertical. Of course my list is skewed to Australia and APAC, but I include examples from elsewhere too.

I imagine you could go web2+finance+casestudies at the root level of delicious (not any one user) to get a larger list.
