I'm happy to share with you that Kate Niederhoffer has joined our startup firm. Last week, Kate was vice president, measurement science at Nielsen Online, where she helped drive innovation across the company's operations. Starting today, Kate becomes a key architect in building an enterprise social computing firm that addresses the tough questions raised when social technologies impact traditional businesses.
I've blogged about Kate before; she spoke about "Our Influencers, Ourselves" at Nielsen Online's CGM Summit last October. She is absolutely a five-tool player and a perfect fit for the professional culture we are building: intellectually curious, results-driven, and grounded in the real world.
As the saying goes, "you're known by the company you keep." Kate brings us to five principals:
- Jeffrey Dachis
- Me
- Doug Rushkoff, advisor
- Brian Haven
- and now Kate!
As you can see, we've been extremely selective in hiring, while also seeking to engage with like-minded clients. If you'd like to work with us or put us to work, email "hello at beingpeterkim dot com" or feel free to call me at 512-364-0046.
