We’re moving beyond adoption in social business – it’s time to drive business results. The 2.0 Adoption Council was founded as a group to connect practitioners experimenting with new technologies within their organizations. Now we see plenty of examples where technology has been implemented and applied to use cases internally, as well as external applications in support of business objectives.
I know the members of the Council have both contributed and received a great deal of value from participation. With the expansion of the group, a wider range of professionals will now be able to connect and collaborate across a range of social business issues.
