I'm building an enterprise social technology startup that will change the world of work, with fellow principals Jeffrey Dachis, Kate Niederhoffer, and Doug Rushkoff.  The company is based out of Austin and operating in stealth mode.  We are currently working with clients help formulate social computing strategies.

I was an analyst at Forrester Research in Boston, focusing on the intersection of social technology and marketing strategy.  I won internal awards for Best Research and Top Keynote, publishing 36 research documents and highly rated for client speeches, advisory and workshops.

Before that, I ran international marketing operations at PUMA AG, managing the budget, contracts, and building an in-house agency. I was also head of global digital marketing, building online stores in the US and Europe, localizing websites for six continents, and formulating a master digital brand architecture.

Even earlier, I was part of the strategy network at Razorfish and a research analyst at Coopers & Lybrand focusing on the energy industry.

Education:
I earned an English degree from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from the Darden School at the University of Virginia.
