In 2012, I co-authored the book Social Business By Design with Dion Hinchcliffe.
In addition to the book, I created a quarterly insights periodical called the “Social Business Journal” (v1, v2), serving as editor-in-chief.
Earlier, I published nearly three dozen research reports at Forrester covering marketing strategy, social computing, advertising, agencies, and mobile marketing. I also created the company’s Twitter account.
I’ve also been referenced in books including Groundswell and The Connected Company.
